After our picnic lunch ( cover provided ) we will use our dowsing skills

mark out the places where traumatic energy remains.
Also
will hope to identify the spot where the chapel ossiary was built and locate
some of the stone used in it's construction.

totally absorbing and interesting day is promised. For more details ring

St
Anthony’s Well
We were
meant to visit St Anthony’s Well, however when I visited it to see how things
were I was shocked to find that the area around the well just over the road from
the forest edge has been taken over by people breaking snd repairing lorries and
other vehicle, these “yards” were not there the last time that we visited the
area and they have completly ruined the whole ambiance of the place, the well
itself is surrounded by tyre tracks where they roar around on motocross bikes
and there were scrap wheels right by the well itself, it would be interesting to
know if Gloucester County Council are aware of what is going on.

Visits
Isobel
Willmott has organised two visits for the early summer both of which are well
worth it.
21st
June - Visit to Stanton Drew Standing Stones in Somerset, this visit is shared
with the Slimbridge Dowsers and we will be shown round the site by Gordon Strong
the cost of the trip will be about £10.00 a heade including mini-bus hire
Visit
to Hellens, near Much Marcle, I have been several times and there is much to
discover, I will not say more, Hellens is in victorian terms “unimproved”
because when all other houses in the area were remodelled in the 19th century
when such house owners were extremely wealthy, the family that owned Hellens
spent most of their wealth on lawyers and fighting each other in the courts,
consequently it is a time warp with an interesting history, the house even has
Gibbet Rights!
We are
giving free honary life membership to Tom Wigley, he is not at all well and
