Christmas Dinner. *** There are a number of unclaimed raffle prizes. Ticket numbers are:- 1,14,21,23, & 40. Ask someone to stand in for you 2. Let another member of your team know that you have arranged a stand-in. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry, no more competitions because hardly anyone goes in for them !! I'' have to think up something else to get you interested .... any suggestions ? Rob Campbell ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Training Glan is proposing a number of outdoor evening sessions, amongst other things. Please let Glan know of your training needs, and find out what he has planned. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Visit to Pembroke Tuesday July 27th - Friday July 30th Please contact Jack Colman or Rob Campbell If there is sufficient interest Glan will arrange a minibus otherwise a "car club" will be organised. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stonehenge It is hoped to arrange a guided tour of Stonehenge in August. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Goodrich Village and Castle Peter is organising a field trip to the above. (date to be confirmed) It is thought that the village has some bad energy and provides an opportunity to investigate and learn from this. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Crop Circle Day Rob is not organising a trip this year but if anyone in the group would like to arrange a trip please let Rob know. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pershore Abbey Robert Gilmour will now be arranging this trip a little later in the year to Pershore Abbey. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summer picnic This year the annual picnic will be held at the Lakeside of Priors Lodge (by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Melville Watts) This venue is subject to confirmation. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A NOTE FROM ROB CAMPBELL Not much I can do about it if the members don't send in items for the newsletter. When I started this thing off a year or so ago, I had high hopes of getting at least a FEW items from the Group members. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am at the lack of response. I'll give it a few more months and then take a break if nothing is forthcoming. Sad thing is that I know there is a load of very interesting people out there because I've met them. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
